Alternate Side Parking

Two of my meditation drawings are included in the group exhibition Alternate Side Parking at Starta Arta this spring, April 26 – May 26, 2023. Stop by and check it out!

Starta Arta
220 E 23rd St, New York, NY 10010
Gallery Hours: M-F, 1-5pm and by appointment

Alternate Side Parking explores the complex interplay between personal adaptation and the role of chance in the creation of art. It is inspired by the concept of alternate side parking in New York City, which requires drivers to frequently adapt to parking regulations. The exhibit showcases works of art that reflect the resilience and creativity of artists in the face of established rules and change each in unique and different ways.

The exhibition was curated by Anna Fateeva, Markus Holtby, and Oxana Kovalchuk.
